OneManShow create Excel based business applications to expedite the administration of small to medium size enterprises. If you have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, you can immediately use the product with your real data. There is effectively no learning curve. In fact, you could conceivably use OneManShow in parallel with the current management software you use, be it MYOB, Quicken or whatever. The extra time required to effectively recomplete all your administrative tasks in OneManShow will probably be trivial compared to the time you already spend with your other software.
Payroll & Rostering
OneManShow Payroll application is a calendar based integrated employee rostering and payroll system. The application reads directly from the employee roster to calculate hours worked, award rates, taxes and superannuation. It then creates the payment advice for the employee and logs the payment into your database. It means there is no double handling of data.

Imagine you roster your employees weekly. You have a mix of salaried, award and casual employees. Everyone is rostered on the work scheduled which is organized like a monthly calendar. Employees can work different times, different shifts or even have split shifts. The roster can be updated at anytime prior to the finalization, which entails printing a payment advice and recording the payment.
Suppose your company runs a seven day a week operation where payday is every Tuesday. Assume that every Monday, you have the true record of everyone's hours for the last week in the form of the updated weekly roster.
Irrespective of how you monitor your staffs' hours, whether by time-clock or sign-in, everyone has a start and a finish time. This is updated in the payroll spreadsheet. When you are ready to pay your people for their last weeks work, you click one button. OneManShow does the rest.
OMS Payroll has two parts, OMS Roster and OMS Payroll. OMS Roster OMS Roster is the calendar based rostering application on its own. OMS Payroll is the roster app plus the payroll management system. The idea is if you have a manager that does your scheduling, he/she would use OMS Roster. On payday, you transfer the data by simple copy and paste to OMS Payroll. It allows for effective monitoring of hours with minimal administrative expense. Of course, if you do your own rostering, then you don't need the the rostering app since the calendar system is imbedded in OMS Payroll.

Accounts Payable
OMS Accounts Payable is a simple intuitive accounts ledger that simplifies your all your outgoing accounts. Each payment entry, whether to a supplier or to anyone else, is a single entry comprised of a date, generic item description, amount, receivers name and from where the was originated. Effectively, depending on the scale of your operation, you log the payments yourself or allow a book keeper. Since the entries are simple speadsheet entries, updating your books is quick and efficient. If all your payments are done electronically, you could simply copy the data from from the an exported CSV file from your bank all in one go. Of course, most business accounts payable come from a combination of checks, cash and EFT's which is just fine as far as OMS is concerned.
BASS Statements
Through a system of dynamic references, BASS statements are a breeze. So much so that completing your BASS statement takes no effort whatsoever. The application reads the data directly from OMS Payroll and OMS Accounts Payable such that the extent of your work is literally negligible. The only input required is your quarterly revenue which you get from whatever method you use for accounts receivable, whether invoices or a point of sale system.
